This is Hot Sauce starts with aged cayenne, scotch bonnet and birds eye fermented for a minimum of 3 months for a complex and umami rich flavour. This is a great all rounder. 

Hotter than your regular hot sauce but not so hot you’ll be pounding pints of milk. This is Very Hot Sauce is made using a blend of aged Cayenne, Scotch Bonnet, Habanero and Birds Eye peppers. It’s double hot and tasty.

Made with a blend of aged Habanero, Scotch Bonnet Peppers, Bhut Jolokia (Ghost pepper) and Birds Eye peppers, This is Very Very Hot Sauce balances heat and flavour beautifully. This is the hot one.

Nothing artificial, just full-on flavour.
